You will need red or pink duct tape ,green duct tape, wire (Or pen) and a cutting board.

Then fold over the duct tape so it is a triangle with the sticky part only on the sides and bottom.

Then fold over to be a triangle.

Then roll it.

Then put about 16 triangles like the one you made the roll from. around the roll loosely..

This is a finished rose top.

Wrap green duct tape around wire for stem (Or pen), attach, make a green triangle leaf, and you're done!
